Traffic and Criminal Bond Schedule

Court Cost - $ 80.00

Traffic Division:

All minor misdemeanors (with the exception of speed and seat belt) require the posting of $105.00 which includes the court cost

Speeding:

Speed	Bond
01 to 20 MPH over	$105.00 Bond (includes court cost)
21 to 35 MPH over	$155.00 Bond (includes court cost)
36 MPH and over	$180.00 Bond (includes court cost)

Seat Belt:

	Bond for Driver - $75.00 (includes court cost)
	Bond for Passenger - $65.00 (includes court cost)

Bond amounts for minor misdemeanors must be paid by the court date on the citation or the defendant must appear in court on that date. We do not accept payment arraignments prior to the court date/ they can make payment arraignments after they have appeared in court.

Must Appear Offenses:

	Misdemeanors of the 4^th Degree - $205.00
	Misdemeanors of the 3^rd Degree - $305.00
	Misdemeanors of the 2^nd Degree - $405.00
	Misdemeanors of the 1^st Degree - $505.00
